Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each patient's physical condition, medical history, and rehabilitation goals.
• Create detailed and individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education.
• Utilize clinical judgment to make independent decisions regarding the progression of therapies and modify treatment plans based on patient feedback and outcomes.
• Implement hands-on therapy sessions that leverage a variety of therapeutic modalities, ensuring the delivery of personalized care during each appointment.
• Maintain active communication with patients and their families, providing updates on progress, discussing challenges, and reinforcing home exercise programs to maximize recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team to synchronize care plans and optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients with orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, demonstrating compliance with state regulations and professional standards.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy, with a strong emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, with knowledge of specific treatment techniques and modalities best suited for such environments.
• Familiarity with digital documentation systems for patient records, facilitating efficient communication and care tracking.
• Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as dry needling or advanced manual therapy, will be a distinct advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
