Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, providing services through home care, which allows for a flexible and dynamic working environment. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will travel to patients' homes in the local area, facilitating convenient access to therapy for those in need. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions to determine their unique rehabilitation needs.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate diverse therapeutic modalities tailored for orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to improve patients' range of motion, strength, and overall functional capabilities.
• Implement strategies to minimize pain, reduce dependency on medications, and offer alternatives to invasive surgical procedures.
• Monitor and assess treatment outcomes regularly, making necessary adjustments to enhance patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on best practices for maintaining physical health, injury prevention, and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

Mobility Project Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 110,000 and USD 130,000 annually, supported by a robust benefits package.
