Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new patients to create customized treatment plans tailored to their individual recovery goals.
• Implement a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education, to facilitate recovery and functional independence.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation in compliance with Medicare and other regulatory standards, including regular charting and progress notes.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote physical therapy services and expand our patient base, while reinforcing local partnerships.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting therapeutic interventions as required to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions affecting mobility. You will work with individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Strong interpersonal skills will be essential in building trust and effectively communicating with patients and their families to facilitate a comprehensive approach to their care.

Qualifications

• Possess a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Hold active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• Demonstrated experience in orthopedic physical therapy, with a solid understanding of treatment modalities and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate patients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• Strong clinical skills with experience in assessing and treating orthopedic conditions preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
