Work Environment

This position offers a dynamic work environment within our home care setting, focusing on delivering therapy onsite in patient homes. You will enjoy a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available, typically from 9 am to 5 pm or 8 am to 4 pm. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, implementing tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including modalities such as massage, stretching, and specialized exercise regimens to address individual patient needs.
• Participate in clinical education by mentoring physical therapy interns and contributing to the training of residents and staff, enhancing the overall competency of our team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, ensuring a strong foundation in therapeutic principles and practices.

Compensation and Benefits
