Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite, as you will provide care directly within the patient's home environment. Working Monday through Friday, you will engage in a 40-hour work week designed to balance your professional responsibilities with personal well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, establishing individual treatment programs tailored to their specific orthopedic needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to enhance patients' functional outcomes.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, contributing to a supportive and effective treatment environment.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and recovery pathways.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and methods to enhance mobility.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational standards.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and contribute to overall service objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and pediatric cases. Your ability to build rapport and customize therapy approaches will be instrumental in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain their independence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records and word processing software.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
