Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite in the homes of our patients in Hoboken, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient's physical condition, medical history, and personal goals to create customized treatment plans.
• Design and execute targeted therapy interventions, utilizing a blend of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology and evidence-based practices to enhance treatment effectiveness, ensuring that you stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress, treatments performed, and modifications to care plans.
• Engage in ongoing patient communication, addressing concerns, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary, and reinforcing home exercise programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries or injuries, including joint replacements, fractures, and sports-related injuries. These individuals often require specialized rehabilitation services aimed at regaining strength, mobility, and independence. Our focus on patient-centered care ensures that we tailor treatment plans to each patient's specific needs and recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on empathy, active listening, and clear instruction for patients and families.
• Proven ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
