Lifepoint Orthopedic Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our expert team in Hoboken, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' physical capabilities and limitations, establishing tailored treatment goals.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring personalized care through direct intervention and regular progress evaluations.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and minimizing dependence on medications or surgical interventions.
• Design and adapt customized rehabilitation programs that integrate a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise protocols.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes, expected outcomes, and proactive wellness strategies to maintain physical health.
• Document patient encounters meticulously using electronic medical records (EMR), especially utilizing WebPT for efficient tracking of treatment effectiveness.
• Foster motivational relationships with patients, encouraging active participation in their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic patient care and share best practices.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care strategies based on patient response and emerging evidence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions and surgeries, including but not limited to joint replacements, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. Patients range from young athletes to seniors aiming to regain independence and mobility. Your expertise will directly influence their recovery, making it imperative that you approach each case with empathy and precision.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A pristine professional record, free from disciplinary actions or board complaints.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills and proficiency in developing targeted exercise protocols for diverse patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, enhancing the efficiency of patient documentation and treatment tracking.

Compensation and Benefits
