Work Environment

In this full-time, onsite role, you will work in a home care setting, providing direct support to patients in the comfort of their own homes. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Our patient volume is manageable, with an average of seven patients to care for each day, enabling you to give focused attention to each individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to create customized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based rehabilitation techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to each patient's progress.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to support their long-term mobility goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
