Key Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough, patient-centered physical therapy assessments in an outpatient setting.
• Evaluate patient conditions and provide clear explanations of findings, developing customized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will primarily work with active adults seeking rehabilitation for various orthopedic conditions. This will include sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain management. Connecting with patients through empathetic communication and personalized care is essential, as you will be a key contributor to their journey back to an active and healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is essential.
• A valid and active Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a physical therapy setting, particularly in an orthopedic environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with strength and conditioning principles is advantageous.
• Additional certifications or training related to orthopedic physical therapy will be considered a plus.
• CPR Certification is preferred but not mandatory upon hire.
