Resilience Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Union City, New Jersey. This full-time position is centered around providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Work Environment

The occupational setting for this role is onsite at our rehabilitation facility, creating an engaging and interactive atmosphere for patient care. Our facility is designed to foster rehabilitation and healing, providing the necessary resources for both therapists and patients. Here, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, enhancing clinical care through communication and shared goals. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients, focusing on musculoskeletal health to identify specific needs and develop customized therapy plans.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities and interventions, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education, to facilitate patient recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and adjustments, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in continuous communication with physicians and other healthcare providers to create holistic care strategies that improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation practices, and effective self-management techniques to support ongoing recovery.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of therapy interventions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with patient goals and recovery trajectories.

The patients you will serve encompass a wide range of individuals experiencing orthopedic injuries or conditions. Your expertise will be vital for clients recovering from surgeries, managing chronic pain, and improving functional mobility following traumatic injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, reflecting compliance with all regulatory standards.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in physical therapy with a focus on orthopedic cases, demonstrating a background in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions.
• In-depth knowledge of orthopedic conditions, treatment modalities, and best practices in rehabilitation.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of three years of experience is required, candidates with advanced certifications in orthopedic therapy or specialties in sports rehabilitation will be highly regarded. Experience using electronic health record systems for documentation and treatment planning is preferred, as is familiarity with outcome measure assessments pertinent to orthopedic therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
