Work Environment

This position is located in our onsite rehabilitation center, a facility designed to provide a friendly and supportive environment for both staff and patients. The practice operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing clinicians to maintain a work-life balance while delivering high standards of care. Your contributions will be vital in our efforts to expand services and meet growing patient demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with orthopedic injuries and conditions, carefully assessing functional limitations and pain levels.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Administer a range of therapeutic modalities, including tailored therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities that enhance the recovery process.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in patient condition and recovery milestones.
• Educate patients about injury prevention strategies, effective rehabilitation techniques, and appropriate home exercise plans to promote self-management.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, including physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and occupational therapists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all compliance and healthcare regulations to safeguard patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
