Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, post-surgical cases, and various sports injuries.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on a comprehensive assessment of each patient's needs and functional goals.
• Utilize diverse treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training methods, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on proper movement mechanics, tailored home exercise programs, and effective injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic physicians and multidisciplinary medical staff to ensure integrated care for all patients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our cloud-based Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to facilitate tracking and improvement of care.
• Stay informed on the latest best practices and innovations in orthopedic and geriatric physical therapy to continually enhance the quality of services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary population served at our facility includes elderly patients and individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries and sports injuries. Our focus on geriatric rehabilitation allows us to offer specialized care to enhance mobility, strength, and overall physical functions that contribute significantly to their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing individualized treatment plans tailored to specific patient needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively relate to patients and collaborate with team members.
• A demonstrated passion for supporting patients in achieving meaningful recovery and functional independence.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team is essential.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an Assisted Living Facility or rehabilitation setting.
• Expertise in orthopedic physical therapy practices and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our compensation package includes:
