This position will be based onsite in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Englewood, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, including those recovering from sports injuries, surgical procedures, and chronic pain issues.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to address individual patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to enhance mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, proper movement mechanics, and the importance of adherence to prescribed home exercise programs.
• Engage collaboratively with orthopedic physicians and other medical staff to discuss patient care strategies and share insights regarding treatment progress.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation and physical therapy practices through professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population consisting of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletes seeking rehabilitation for sports injuries, and patients suffering from chronic pain. Your expertise will directly impact their recovery journey, providing them with not only physical support but also the education necessary to prevent future injuries.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher qualification (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred).
• A strong foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation practices, with an emphasis on patient-focused care.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation setting.
• Experience with evidence-based treatment methodologies and a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan. Additional benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education.
