Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their specific physical therapy needs and create individualized care plans tailored to their rehabilitation goals.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to restore function, enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and assist in activities of daily living.
• Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on exercises, strategies, and lifestyle modifications to maintain progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Current Physical Therapist License in good standing in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
