Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with ProActive Therapy Centre, you will be expected to:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including thorough review of medical histories, physical assessments, and functional performance metrics, ensuring a clear documentation process.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, encouraging active participation in the goal-setting process.
• Implement treatment protocols tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing the latest methodologies and technological advancements in physical therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical findings, ensuring timely updates and documentation.
• Manage discharge planning comprehensively through accurate documentation and communication, capturing every aspect of the patient's treatment journey, including discharge evaluations and follow-up care strategies.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills, maintaining an organized schedule while adhering to productivity standards.

Compensation and Benefits
