Work Environment

This position is onsite at our fully equipped Rehabilitation Center in Paterson, NJ, where you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The clinic operates with a standard 40-hour work week, with occasionally variable weekends, allowing for flexibility and a comprehensive work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Provide expert consultation to fellow healthcare providers on the continuum of care for our patients, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Engage with patients across all demographics, demonstrating sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds while adhering to our high standards of customer service.
• Effectively document evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress, maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and professional standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team, including physicians and specialists, to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Assist in community outreach initiatives and participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) projects that enhance our service delivery.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide clinical education to physical therapy assistants and students, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in patient care.
• Maintain certification and licensure while staying abreast of industry trends through continuing education and professional development.

As a Physical Therapist at Vista Therapy Group, you will serve a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; relevant licensure in New Jersey is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
