Restore and Rise Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Ridgewood, New Jersey. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping patients recover from orthopedic injuries and surgeries by providing evidence-based, hands-on therapy in an outpatient setting. Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite in our state-of-the-art facility, which is designed to support a variety of rehabilitation therapies. Our center fosters a community atmosphere and includes modern treatment rooms equipped with advanced modalities, exercise equipment, and technology to facilitate efficient patient care. The standard work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to establish functional limitations, physical impairments, and specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, goals, and evidence-based practices.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques as well as therapeutic modalities to enhance recovery and promote patient well-being.
• Lead and instruct patients in various exercises designed to improve strength, mobility, and range of motion, adapting as needed based on their progress.
• Document patient progress thoroughly and accurately using EMR systems (experience with WebPT is preferred) and modify treatment approaches as necessary to meet patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care and address any additional needs.

Our center predominantly serves a diverse demographic of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Restore and Rise, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients of all ages, tailoring your therapeutic approach to accommodate individual health histories, goals, and lifestyle challenges.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• A current and active Physical Therapy License in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate patients in their recovery process.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in orthopedic rehabilitation specifically, with a deep understanding of various treatment techniques and modalities.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.
• Active participation in continued education or specialized certifications in manual therapy or similar fields is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
