Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, evaluating each patient's physical condition and identifying specific rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement customized rehabilitation plans, focusing on strength building, pain management, and mobility improvement.
• Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT to track outcomes and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, therapeutic exercises, and home care protocols to promote ongoing recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment strategy that aligns with each patient's goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and mobility limitations. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, demonstrating proficiency in patient assessments and therapeutic interventions.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is highly preferred to enhance patient records management and treatment tracking.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
