Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to determine physical limitations, pain levels, and functional capacity.
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Guide patients through a variety of therapeutic exercises, focusing on strength, flexibility, and mobility to facilitate recovery.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to optimize patient function and alleviate pain.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and lifestyle modifications essential for recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting focused on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Strong clinical skills with a solid background in manual therapy techniques.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, to document patient care and track progress.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Familiarity with specialized treatment modalities such as dry needling or functional dry needling.
• Leadership experience or involvement in mentorship programs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
