Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for each patient, assessing their physical capabilities and needs, which informs comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions focused on manual therapy techniques that promote healing, pain management, and mobility improvement.
• Develop and instruct patients on customized exercise programs aimed at elevating their recovery process and building strength.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting therapy techniques and goals according to their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to create an integrated treatment strategy for complex cases.
• Educate patients on preventative measures and safe practices to maintain their physical health and prevent future injuries.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At our facility, you'll work predominantly with adults recovering from orthopedic conditions such as post-operative rehabilitation following surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, particularly WebPT or similar platforms, is strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in conducting specialized assessments utilizing standardized tools to inform treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
