Work Environment

This role is structured around an on-site work environment, with a focus on individual patient interactions within our outpatient office. As a key member of our therapy team, you will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional life. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, hands-on physical therapy to patients, using a blend of manual therapy techniques and movement-based treatments tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized rehabilitation plans, educating patients on appropriate exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and effective recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to share insights and enhance the patient's overall treatment experience.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring timely updates on patient care and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic typically serves a diverse patient population, focusing primarily on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with patients of various ages, adapting treatment modalities to fit their specific rehabilitation needs and goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, in good standing with the state board.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Familiarity with EMR software, preferably WebPT, to track patient progress and optimize administrative efficiency.
• A clean professional record with no prior board actions.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with orthopedic patients is highly desirable, particularly in outpatient settings where immediate feedback and progressive care are essential. Any advanced certifications or specialized training in manual therapy, sports physical therapy, or rehabilitation would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
