Position Overview Join our dynamic and expanding outpatient orthopedic practice as a full-time Physical Therapist in Closter, New Jersey. Your expertise will directly impact the lives of your patients as you guide them through personalized rehabilitation programs and promote overall physical well-being.

Our facility is known for a patient-centered approach, where we emphasize collaboration between therapists and clients to achieve the best outcomes. This position is located onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Closter, a vibrant community offering easy access to metropolitan amenities while preserving a welcoming small-town atmosphere. Our clinic features advanced therapeutic equipment and a team-oriented atmosphere where collaboration contributes to an efficient workflow. You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing a balanced work-life schedule.

Design and implement individualized therapy programs based on patient profiles, clinical findings, and professional guidelines.

Guide patients through structured strength and mobility exercises, ensuring correct technique to maximize therapeutic benefit and minimize risk of injury.

Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques, including soft tissue mobilization and joint manipulation, to alleviate discomfort and improve functional mobility.

You will primarily work with a diverse group of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical interventions, and chronic pain conditions. Many patients are seeking rehabilitation to regain their mobility and functional independence, making your role crucial in facilitating their recovery process. Hold a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Possess a current and active Physical Therapist license to practice in New Jersey.

A strong foundation in manual therapy techniques, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically experience with WebPT.
