Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify mobility restrictions, pain levels, and specific rehabilitation needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each patient's condition.
• Create and implement tailored therapy programs that incorporate evidence-based practices aimed at achieving each patient's rehabilitation goals.
• Guide patients through individualized strength and mobility exercises, providing clear directions and encouragement to promote engagement and motivation.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization and soft tissue mobilization, to alleviate pain and improve functional movement.
• Continuously assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, feedback, and clinical outcomes to ensure optimal results.

Our rehabilitation center serves a wide range of individuals, including athletes recovering from injuries, post-operative patients, and those managing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in patient care and rehabilitation techniques.
• A solid foundation in manual therapy techniques, crucial for advancing patient recovery.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) solutions, particularly WebPT, to maintain accurate and efficient patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting, with a focus on evidence-based practice.
• Proven track record of developing successful treatment plans that lead to improved patient outcomes.
• Experience in collaborating with other health professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
