Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical health, assessing strengths, limitations, and functional capabilities to inform treatment strategies.
• Design and implement effective, individualized therapy plans, utilizing appropriate therapeutic exercises aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, and overall physical performance.
• Administer manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and facilitate the healing process for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries.
• Regularly monitor and reassess patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to observed outcomes and patient feedback.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution.

Compensation and Benefits
