Main Line Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team within a premier Rehabilitation Center located in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will work onsite in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center that emphasizes patient-centered care. Our workdays align with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough movement assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and mobility challenges.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized therapy plans that cater to the unique goals and progress of each patient.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities as needed.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to therapy based on observed responses and recovery milestones.
• Educate patients and their families on best practices, home exercises, and preventive techniques to support long-term health.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, neurological disorders, and those requiring rehabilitation from chronic conditions. Our patients range from the elderly in assisted living to athletes looking to regain peak performance, giving you a dynamic and rewarding caseload.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required. Advanced degrees such as a Master's or Doctorate are highly desirable.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, or the ability to obtain one prior to starting the position.
• Critical thinking skills to autonomously design and adjust therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and encourage their active participation in the recovery process.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a rehabilitation or assisted living environment.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining patient documentation and progress reports is a plus.
• Familiarity with contemporary therapy techniques and rehabilitation methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
