Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical therapy needs, focusing on orthopedic conditions and functional impairments.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on detailed assessments, integrating the latest evidence-based practices to optimize recovery.
• Utilize specialized therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote healing, alleviate pain, and improve physical functioning.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement, adapting strategies to meet evolving patient goals.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team—including physicians, nurses, and other therapists—to deliver holistic patient care and support seamless recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, self-care techniques, and strategies for injury prevention, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to seniors, all presenting various orthopedic challenges. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with a valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and provisions for professional development.
