Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their specific treatment needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing functional mobility and alleviating pain.
• Provide ongoing consultations to healthcare providers, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication regarding each patient's rehabilitation journey.
• Implement treatment plans using a variety of modalities, continuously evaluating patient progress and adjusting plans as needed to meet goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all patient interactions, treatment charges, and progress notes in compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Foster a positive and respectful rapport with patients and their families, engaging them in the treatment and discharge planning processes.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
• Engage in community outreach and program development initiatives, contributing to our mission of enhancing the health of the community.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and students, providing guidance and sharing knowledge on effective treatment techniques.
• Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices through participating in continuing education and in-service training.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current state license in Physical Therapy is required to practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.

• Ability to perform all essential duties with clinical competence and professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits
