Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to determine individual patient needs and develop customized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists, to implement comprehensive care strategies and ensure cohesive patient management.
• Administer one-on-one therapy sessions, focusing on functional recovery, strength enhancement, balance training, and mobility improvement, while adapting sessions to meet patient abilities.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to changes in their condition to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding recovery techniques, effective exercise practices, and preventive care to empower them through their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes according to regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a varied patient population which includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic pain, and rehabilitating from sports injuries. Our diverse client base requires a multifaceted approach to therapy; you will have the chance to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, tailoring your techniques to suit their unique needs and recovery goals. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid and active New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
