Key Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with state regulations and professional standards.

• Lead patient education efforts by informing patients and their families about rehabilitation plans, techniques, and self-management strategies.
