Work Environment

The role is situated in a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility where our team collaborates closely to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care. Our operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance, while also encouraging therapists to engage actively with their patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all duties in alignment with the company's core values and principles, fostering a positive and effective workplace.
• Adhere strictly to the New Jersey State Practice Act, ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies.
• Deliver patient care that adheres to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) professional Code of Ethics.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of assigned patients, formulating and implementing effective treatment goals and individualized therapy programs.
• Provide comprehensive and goal-directed treatment, utilizing modern rehabilitation techniques to maximize patient outcomes.
• Engage with other healthcare practitioners and community resources to coordinate the holistic treatment needs of patients.
• Perform additional duties as a part of your professional role, supporting the overall function of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist in our center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Your expertise will be vital in addressing a variety of orthopedic and rehabilitation needs, ensuring that each patient's therapy plan is aligned with their unique situation and goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current Physical Therapist license in the State of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing physical therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Strong familiarity with orthopedic rehabilitation practices, demonstrating the ability to utilize various modalities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to assess and interpret information regarding age-specific patient populations.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, additional certifications in specialized areas of physical therapy, experience with manual therapy techniques, or prior involvement in interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams will be considered advantageous and viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits
