Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the physical needs of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using a variety of techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional training to achieve patient-specific rehabilitation goals.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual responses and evolving therapeutic needs.
• Educate and instruct patients, caregivers, and families on effective use of therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and home care strategies to promote independence and enhance recovery.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary health teams, providing insights and reports that facilitate comprehensive care for patients.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices through professional development workshops, continuing education, and participation in relevant professional organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
