Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to establish a personalized treatment plan tailored to their specific needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods, including exercises, manual therapy, and the use of equipment, to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes to ensure continuous improvement in therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to refine therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families about treatment protocols, the use of assistive devices, and self-care techniques, fostering independence and understanding.
• Maintain current knowledge of physical therapy practices by participating in workshops, reviewing literature, and networking with professionals in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
