Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical condition and symptoms, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions and formulating tailored treatment plans that focus on their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Instructing patients on therapeutic exercise techniques to safely promote recovery and enhance physical capabilities.
• Administering stimulation or massage therapies to enhance healing processes and alleviate pain.
• Guiding patients in using mobility aids and equipment, such as wheelchairs and walkers, to improve their independence.
• Maintaining accurate patient records that monitor progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring continuity of care.
• Providing families with guidance on at-home treatment strategies to reinforce rehabilitation practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will impact a diverse patient demographic, including children recovering from sports injuries, older adults managing chronic conditions, and individuals rehabilitating after surgeries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with New Jersey state regulations.

• Proficient computer skills for maintaining electronic health records and utilizing therapy management software.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
