Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and set achievable rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, assessing their effectiveness regularly.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and hands-on techniques to treat a variety of conditions, focusing on motion and mobility improvement.
• Engage in patient education, providing guidance on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and alternatives to surgery or medication.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, facilitating optimal function.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive treatment strategy addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients.
• Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in geriatric care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on the geriatric population, specifically seniors experiencing age-related physical challenges, orthopedic issues, or recovery from surgery or injury. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A current, valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including:
