Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop customized therapeutic plans that align with individualized goals.
• Implement treatment strategies aimed at improving functional movement and mobility, utilizing state-of-the-art therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Document patient assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes meticulously to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy interventions and exercises to encourage active participation in their recovery.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide integrated care and to monitor patient progress.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members, offering them guidance to enhance their professional development within the physical therapy practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license to practice in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
