Work Environment

You will work in a collaborative environment, supported by a diverse team of therapy professionals. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and personal goals.
• Deliver a range of skilled therapeutic services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to effectively address musculoskeletal and functional concerns.
• Regularly monitor and document patients' progress, modifying treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and responses to therapy.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic techniques, home exercises, and preventative practices that enhance safety and well-being.
• Implement and oversee fall prevention and safety programs within the clinic, particularly for patients transitioning into assisted living settings.
• Stay abreast of advancements in the field of physical therapy through ongoing education, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on the geriatric population, which includes elderly patients who may have varying needs due to age-related conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, or chronic health issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with ongoing education and training is a plus.
• Possession of an active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) for efficient documentation of patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. In addition, our compensation package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, ensuring that our employees' health and wellness needs are fully supported.
