Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Motion Flow Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments to develop individualized care plans focused on achieving specific rehabilitation goals.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to enhance functional abilities and promote recovery.
• Collaborating with the physician and care team to ensure an integrated approach to patient treatment and rehabilitation.
• Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Providing education to patients and their families on home exercise programs, rehabilitation strategies, and the proper use of therapeutic devices.
• Managing patient caseloads effectively, prioritizing care needs, and coordinating therapy services and assignments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
