Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility stands at the forefront of orthopedic care, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources designed to empower our therapists. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, supporting a healthy balance between work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and document patients' objectives and treatment goals accurately.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, focusing on one-on-one sessions to provide personalized care.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies aimed at enhancing patients' range of motion, strength, and overall mobility.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting therapy protocols as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate and motivate patients using clear communication techniques to enhance adherence to treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all therapy services and patient interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise will be pivotal in alleviating pain, restoring mobility, and guiding individuals towards a healthier lifestyle. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with no record of board or disciplinary actions.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings, dealing with diverse patient profiles.
• Demonstrated ability to implement cost-effective and innovative therapeutic interventions.
• Experience in conducting initial patient assessments and creating individualized rehabilitation plans.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Raze Orthopedics, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
