Our facility is equipped with the latest in sports medicine technology and caters primarily to individuals with private medical insurance. Work Environment

This full-time position is set within an onsite outpatient office that allows for direct interaction with both patients and supportive staff, which includes two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our team approach facilitates collaborative treatment plans and enhances the overall patient experience. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to understand their individual objectives and customize treatment plans that effectively address their specific needs.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, offering focused, quality care during each session.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to administer cost-effective treatment options that enhance range of motion and mobility.
• Promote non-surgical alternatives to minimize patient reliance on medication through innovative therapy methods.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices and tailored to each patient.
• Craft individualized fitness and wellness programs that align with the unique rehabilitation goals of each patient.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their recovery journey to maximize their functional outcomes.
• Foster a healthy lifestyle by enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through specialized interventions.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Evaluate patient outcomes comprehensively and maintain open lines of communication regarding progress and changes in treatment plans.
• Document all patient interactions and therapies accurately to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid New Jersey state license as a Physical Therapist.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions on your license, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and the ability to implement diverse therapeutic modalities effectively.
• Proficient in developing and implementing exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Experience in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as WebPT for documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to create and lead customized rehabilitation and wellness programs.
• Skills in effective patient communication and motivational techniques to enhance patient engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
