Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and assessing patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans as per physician referrals.

• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including but not limited to:

• Orthopedic patients recovering from surgery or injury.
• Pediatric patients requiring specialized therapeutic interventions.
• Neurologic patients recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, and other conditions.
• Athletes and sports medicine patients focused on performance enhancement and injury prevention.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for applicants:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A current state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a licensed physical therapist.
• Basic life support and CPR certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and reporting.
• The ability to build rapport with patients to help them achieve their personalized functional goals.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for enhancing patient interactions.

Preferred Experience
