Our center spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with advanced sports medicine technologies to aid in recovery and physical fitness. We focus primarily on patients with private health insurance, ensuring personalized care aligned with their specific needs and goals.

Work Environment

As an onsite physical therapist within our rehabilitation center, you will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance. The multidisciplinary environment consists of a close-knit team of two fellow physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), all of whom are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret patient needs to develop individualized care plans aimed at restoring optimal movement and function.
• Manage a balanced caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused and attentive treatment tailored to each individual's condition.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide personalized treatments and interventions, consistently monitoring patient progress.
• Engage in hands-on therapies, employing advanced manual therapy techniques that promote healing and recovery.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans, goals, and expected outcomes while motivating and inspiring them throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians and specialists, to optimize comprehensive patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, physical injuries, and chronic conditions affecting their mobility. By utilizing innovative rehabilitation strategies, you will empower these individuals to improve their quality of life significantly and regain their independence.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this role.
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
• Cleans records with no instances of board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Proficiency in developing individualized exercise plans that facilitate recovery and enhance wellness.
• Competence with EMR software, particularly WebPT, to ensure accurate and efficient patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and a strong foundation in delivering athletic rehabilitation.
• Experience in creating and implementing fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience. Full benefits will also be provided, ensuring that you receive comprehensive support as you embark on your career with us.
