Work Environment

This full-time position entails working onsite in our outpatient office, fostering a collaborative environment alongside a team that includes two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA). Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent routine that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs by identifying their goals and requirements through thorough evaluations.
• Manage a patient load of 1 appointment per hour, allowing for personalized interactions and effective treatment delivery.
• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that leverage a variety of therapeutic techniques to enhance patient mobility and functional abilities.
• Administer cost-effective therapies focusing on non-invasive options to reduce reliance on medications and surgical interventions.
• Encourage patient engagement by designing custom fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual needs, promoting lifelong health and activity.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques proficiently to treat musculoskeletal conditions efficiently.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Document all services rendered meticulously to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to develop coordinated care strategies.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, with zero board or disciplinary actions on record.
• Ability to utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically proficiency in WebPT, to streamline documentation and client management.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred, providing insight into the specific challenges and treatment modalities utilized in this specialized field.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with your level of experience and expertise.
