Key Responsibilities

• Direct and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans targeting pain relief, improvement of function, and prevention of disability.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' levels of physical function using diagnostic and prognostic tests, from muscle to joint assessments.
• Oversee Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure proper adherence to treatment protocols and facilitate optimal patient care.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as traction and massage, adjusting treatments according to patient feedback and progress.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop, review, and update care plans, ensuring continuity and collaboration among healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate records including initial evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide guidance and education to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs, the use of specialized devices, and overall wellness strategies.
• Evaluate patients' home environments and make recommendations to foster increased independence and safety during rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid and current PT license in good standing in the state of New Jersey.

• Current CPR certification and valid driver's license with automobile insurance.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
