This position requires an onsite presence at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Newark, NJ, where you will work in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Our clinic is equipped with advanced technology and resources necessary for delivering effective physical therapy treatments. Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise regimens, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Motivate and guide patients throughout their treatment programs while monitoring their progress and adapting plans as needed.

Foster an encouraging atmosphere that promotes patient engagement in their rehabilitation journey, enhancing strength, flexibility, and overall mobility.

Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Document treatment sessions and outcomes in alignment with clinic protocols and regulatory guidelines.

The successful candidate will work primarily with a diverse patient population suffering from orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Our patient's age range spans from adolescents to seniors, each requiring customized care plans that adapt to their specific health needs and recovery goals.

A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.

A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in outpatient orthopedic care.

A strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care while keeping abreast of the latest advancements in therapy techniques.

Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and implement individualized exercise programs.

Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for patient documentation and care management.
