Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused physical therapy services in an outpatient setting, ensuring optimal outcomes through tailored treatment modalities.
• Perform thorough evaluations of patients, articulating findings clearly, and collaboratively developing comprehensive treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Organize treatment sessions effectively, preplanning each session to maximize efficiency and ensure a smooth flow throughout the appointment.
• Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance clinical and personal skill sets through ongoing education.
• Document patient progress meticulously, utilizing an electronic health record system to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Encourage patient adherence to treatment plans and lifestyle modification strategies, fostering a cooperative relationship geared towards long-term wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role is predominantly focused on the orthopedic patient population, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits
