Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional orthopedic physical therapy treatments tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and advanced therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to establish treatment plans that promote recovery, mobility, and independence.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapist assistants and technicians to ensure high standards of care and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Document patient progress meticulously and adapt treatment programs as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in direct communication with patients and their families, providing education on rehabilitation practices, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role encompasses a broad range of patient demographics, specifically targeting diverse orthopedic conditions among adolescents, adults, and senior patients. As some roles may involve pediatric care, a passion for working with younger patients is desirable. You will encounter various diagnoses, including post-operative cases, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions, which requires a tailored approach to rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Must possess an accredited Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a specialization in orthopedic therapy being highly advantageous.
• A valid and active state licensure for physical therapy is required before beginning employment.
• At least two years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy is essential for this position, demonstrating a track record of effective patient care.
• Certification in CPR is preferred, adhering to organizational policies.
• Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic assessment, care planning, and treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
