Work Environment

The selected candidate will work onsite in a home care setting, providing a comfortable and familiar environment for patients during their rehabilitation journey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient's physical condition, focusing on their musculoskeletal health to determine effective treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs catering to each patient's specific orthopedic issues and recovery goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians and occupational therapists, to create a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and self-management strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise will be crucial in helping these individuals regain their mobility and independence at home. Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is essential.
• An active state license in New Jersey is required to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

Resilience Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
