Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite as home care is where therapy is delivered directly to patients' residences. Our Physical Therapists have the flexibility to set their hours from Monday to Friday, which allows for a work-life balance that caters to a sustainable lifestyle. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to diagnosed conditions.
• Utilize diverse treatment methods, including targeted exercises, physical modalities, manual therapy, and therapeutic tools, to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Document all treatment sessions meticulously, including patient responses and progress, to maintain accurate medical records.
• Reassess therapeutic goals regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Provide education and hands-on training for patients, caregivers, and families regarding therapy techniques and the use of assistive devices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights from treatment that might influence broader health strategies.
• Stay informed of the latest advancements in physical therapy through ongoing professional development activities such as workshops, publications, and networking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will include a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. By providing personalized care in patients' homes, you will directly contribute to improving their mobility, functionality, and overall quality of life. This position requires adaptability, as you will encounter varied cases and treatment settings, necessitating both clinical knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (or a Doctorate preferred) with a valid state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Competence in using electronic documentation systems and software for patient records and treatment plans.
• Flexibility and agility to navigate different patient environments while maintaining the highest therapeutic standards.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience in physical therapy is not required, any relevant clinical rotations or internships will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
