Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services tailored specifically for orthopedic conditions. This includes using strength and conditioning principles to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of each patient's physical condition, explaining the results to the patient and outlining personalized treatment plans based on your assessment.
• Plan each treatment session in advance to ensure an organized flow that optimally utilizes each visit for maximum benefit.
• Engage in continuous professional growth, seeking out opportunities for education and training to apply advanced techniques and methodologies in your practice.
• Document patient progress accurately and regularly, maintaining detailed records that track improvements and inform future treatment strategies.
• Build and nurture meaningful relationships with patients, emphasizing maintenance and preventive care to ensure long-lasting wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily treat active adults dealing with various orthopedic issues, including post-surgical rehabilitation, athletic injuries, and chronic pain management. You will work closely with clients who are highly motivated and engaged in their recovery process, emphasizing a holistic approach to their treatment that integrates physical therapy with strength training and preventative care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey is required.
• Certifications in CPR and maintaining current certifications in relevant physical therapy techniques are preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy role, particularly in an outpatient orthopedic setting, is preferred. This experience will provide the foundational skills necessary to manage a diverse patient caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
