Human Touch Rehab Center is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to become an integral member of our Orthopedic Outpatient team located in Closter, New Jersey. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through comprehensive evaluations and the design of personalized rehabilitation plans. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments, evaluating patient mobility, strength, and functional capabilities, while meticulously documenting findings to track progress.
• Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans that address the specific needs, goals, and conditions of each patient.
• Guide patients through structured exercise programs designed to enhance mobility, strength, and functional performance.
• Employ advanced manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and promote recovery, adjusting techniques as needed based on individual patient responses.
• Continuously monitor patient outcomes through regular assessments and adjust treatment strategies to optimize healing and recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens and therapeutic practices to encourage adherence and facilitate progress.
• Maintain accurate records utilizing EMR platforms like WebPT to track patient data and treatment protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals dealing with orthopedic and musculoskeletal issues, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and other movement disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, helping them return to their daily activities and improve their overall well-being. Your role will be pivotal in not only addressing their physical challenges but also in providing emotional support throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, ideally within an outpatient or orthopedic setting.
• Proficiency in advanced manual therapy techniques, with the ability to apply them to varying patient needs.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT, to ensure efficient documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

• Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques or modalities.
• Experience working with a diverse patient demographic, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches to care.
• Background in providing education and support to patients regarding their recovery and rehabilitation processes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
